Hi! I'm Keegan Curtiss, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Crown Realtors, and I have the pleasure of serving the beautiful Heartland Lakes Area in Northern Minnesota and the surrounding counties. I specialize in helping first-time homebuyers, clients looking for waterfront properties, and those interested in rural real estate. My background in paralegal work, court administration, and customer service through my role as a server at Blueberry Pines has equipped me with the skills to offer exceptional service to every client. I'm passionate about making the real estate process as smooth as possible and ensuring my clients feel both comfortable and confident. My approach is client-focused, high-spirited, yet professional—always working to help clients achieve their goals. When I’m not helping clients, I enjoy fishing, hunting, spending time with my family, singing karaoke, attending rodeos, and being involved in the worship team at my church. I'm also a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, Minnesota Association of Realtors, Greater Lakes Association of Realtors, and the Park Rapids Downtown Business Association.
